Here is a Burger King commercial from 1987 promoting Burger King's new mini cheeseburgers which they called "Burger Bundles". You could get 3 of them for $0.99 back then! And it looks like they included a pickle slice!

Was Burger King trying to cramp White Castle's style by having mini-burgers too?
We think so. Was it successful? Probably not. Do you guys remember the
"Burger Bundles"??? We don't. But they do look pretty tasty!!

BJ and The Chef in your freezer

Here is an old Kid Cuisine frozen dinner commercial that's from 1992. It features BJ (the penguin) and The Chef (the polar bear). They're perfect characters for selling frozen dinners since they love the cold and live in the freezer. But unfortunately they were dropped by the company and now some new penguin named K.C. has taken over.

Also, back in 1992, Kid Cuisine frozen foods were promoting the re-release of Walt Disney's "Pinnochio" so they offered a free Pinnochio game board with each dinner. We want all four!!

This commercial from 1990 promotes Red Lobster's Lunch Menu - scampi, fried shrimp, a potato and salad for just $3.99! Holy crap $3.99! Well it was 20 years ago, but still...that's a deal and a half!!!

You can taste the fun of make-believe with Chef Boyardee (Pac-Man & Zooroni Pasta)

Here is a Chef Boyardee pasta commercial that is from 1985. There are two kinds: Pac-Man (Pac-Man shapes) and Zooroni (zoo animal shapes). If you're in an Atari mood, then eat Pac-Man shapes. If you're in a zoo mood, then eat zoo animal shapes!! Sorry, but we don't have the very end of this commercial, but at least it's something. Long Live Pac-Man!!!

Feed these kids Pizza Hut and shut them up

These kids kinda look like troublemakers. If it was 1992 you'd be able to take them to Pizza Hut and that would calm them down! Especially with the "Garfield Kid's Pizza Pack" which included a personal pan one-topping pizza, Garfield cup with soda (collect all three!), and a back-to-school surprise! All for only $2.99!!! Now that's a deal.

It's sad to see sad food

Who knew that food had feelings. These foods are pretty depressed but see what happens when you add a little Bertolli. Those frowns turn upside down!
